Software updates, new versions,
reinstalls or uninstalls via Add|Remove Programs do not delete existing
settlement statement files that you created with this program, so long as
you do not manually delete folder(s) where
your files are stored.
New licenses include 30 days of limited email installation support (details on request). Licenses are not transferable to a different computer unless approved by us. If approved, there will be a license reissue charge of $79, which does not include support. Support is not available after 30 days of purchase of a new license.
