GFE Comparison Page

A GFE Comparison Page (GFE stands for Good Faith Estimate) is required for all Hud-1 and Settlement Statements, when using the 2010 forms. The new good faith estimate comparison page lists charges that appeared on the lender's good faith estimate along with the actual charges on the settlement statement.
