Line-by Line Instructions for Preparing the Hud-1 and Hud-1A Settlement Statements

Most program usage questions are answered by our quick start guide. System difficulties are normally resolved by reinstalling the product using the original installation instructions.

Software updates, new versions, reinstalls or uninstalls via Add|Remove Programs do not delete existing settlement statement files that you created with this program, so long as you do  not manually delete the program folder or the User folder where your files are stored.  

For additional product support:

    Alta Star HUD LITE includes 90 days of toll-free product support. Afterwards, support is available as follows:

• Non-network issues: $39 for each support incident, or $79 for one year of support.

• Support issues regarding network features: $79 for each support incident, or $129 for one year of network support.
